The Jewish Folk Art and Craft Guild, in collaboration with The Bridge Multicultural Advocacy Project (MCP), have announced the “Brooklyn Unites the Artists” (BUA) exhibition project on display for Immigration Heritage Week, April 17-24, 2015. Immigration Week was established by the New York City Mayor’s Office in 2004 to celebrate the city’s multicultural heritage.
The Jewish Folk Art exhibition will be hosted at The Bridge MCP, located at 1894 Flatbush Ave, from April 21 to May 16, 2015. Exhibition hours are 4 pm-8 pm Tuesday and Thursday with a special opportunity to ‘Meet the Artists.” The free community Opening Reception — featuring music, an art raffle, and awards presentation — will be on Tuesday, April 21, from 6 pm to 8 pm.
