Visitors came from near and far to enjoy a beautiful afternoon on Avenue M for this year’s Midwood Mardi Gras. Popular, as always, were face painting, magic, pony rides, and games for the kids, while grown-ups enjoyed bargain hunting up and down the avenue and the live music provided by the Ari Baumann Orchestra.
Ian Fleischman challenged competitors to chess, and the FDNY Fire Safety Experience provided invaluable information to visitors.
In addition, vendors offered a wide variety of food and drink to keep attendees satisfied. We look forward to seeing you next year for our 40th Annual Midwood Mardi Gras!
