Midwood Development Corp. (MDC) has beed selected as a grant recipient of the City Fiscal Year 2017 Avenue NYC program. The program awards funds to be directed toward innovative projects to strengthen retail corridors and strategically address commercial needs in low- and moderate-income communities across the five boroughs.

The funds will strengthen MDC’s commitment to continue to produce and develop programs and initiatives to boost our business corridor.

The NYC Department of Small Business Services’ Neighborhood Development Division will award nearly $1.3 million in funding to 37 recipients.
