Dorman Plaza in Midwood, Brooklyn, at East 15th Street where Elm Avenue meets Avenue M.

Midwood Development Corporation (MDC) is seeking a consultant to redesign and “green” Dorman Plaza. The design and planting must be completed by the end of fiscal 2016, i.e. June 30, 2016.

The consultant will be responsible for design, purchase, and planting. He or she will also be asked to attend three community meetings to explain the design.
