MDC is pleased to offer a free ESL (English as a Second Language) course. This is a beginner-level class, and all age groups are welcome. Focus is on all four basic skills — speaking, listening, reading, and writing — but with an emphasis on speaking and understanding.

Classes are instructed by Sophie Balcoff, who has over 30 years’ ESL teaching experience.
