Local politicians gather at a press conference for the new Project Sweep initiative in Borough Park.

Midwood Development Corp’s Project Sweep is expanding to Borough Park, thanks in part to a $100,000 grant secured by Sen. Simcha Felder. Project Sweep, one of the city’s oldest supported-employment programs, will cover parts of 13th, 16th, and 18th avenues.
