Participatory Budgeting NYC (PBNYC) is here! Voters may select as many as five PBNYC project proposals in their district ballot. Each participating Council Member guarantees funding for the three proposals that tally the most votes.

District 44 project proposals, which may be viewed here, include Safety & Security Enhancements at Midwood Library, B16 Count Down Clock, Beautify Midwood (planting 100 trees in the district), a new Therapeutic Center at Mishkon Division (addressing the needs of those with developmental disabilities), and many others.
