Project Connect meets on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at P.S. 197 (1599 East 22nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11210).
Started in 1987, Project Connect is a recreational program for adults with developmental disabilities. Under the leadership of a NYC-licensed physical education instructor, participants enjoy an evening of age-appropriate activities including physical recreation, dance, arts and crafts, and other activities.
By appointment. This program is for adults 18+. For those without Medicaid Waiver eligibility, there is a $10 fee per session.
